At I2RH, we coach students (middle school, high school, college) with a future-focused, HEART-based approach (Hope, Encouragement, Accountability, Reassurance, Trusted Support). Parents are also invited into the process so that your loved one has a partnership at home as well as in coaching.

Life coaching differs from therapy or counseling because it focuses on the future, rather than the past. Students who have struggled to connect with or benefit from traditional support are drawn to life coaching because it centers on their goals, strengths, hopes, and dreams. They experience being heard, encouraged, motivated, and empowered to unlock their full potential.

Coaching builds confidence, clarity, purpose, and resilience. It also provides you, the parent, with peace of mind knowing your student is guided, supported, and prepared to thrive. When challenges and obstacles come, they’ll have the tools to stay strong and overcome situations that might otherwise distract or discourage them. With a clear plan and consistent accountability, they’ll continue to grow and move steadily forward.

PACKAGES

All sessions are 60 minutes. Choose the package that fits your student’s needs and time period.

 

Starter Package: For Middle School | High School | College Students

4 Sessions: $500.00

  • The Package Includes – Introductory support: assessments, goal-setting, weekly coaching, action steps, and email/text check-ins between sessions.

 

Growth Package: For Middle School | High School | College Students

8 Sessions: $900.00

  • The Package Includes – Deeper support: roadmap, strategies, resource guides, two parent check-in calls, email/text accountability.

 

Transformation Package: For Middle School | High School | College Students 

12 Sessions: $1,250.00 

  • The Package Includes –  Comprehensive: weekly sessions, workshops, monthly parent calls, full accountability, bonus parent session “How to Support Your Student’s Growth”

 

Parent Coaching Add-On: For Parents Only

3 Sessions: $350

  • The Package Includes – Tools and strategies for communication, encouragement, and support without enabling.
 

Sessions are available virtually (via Zoom) or in-person locally (NW Ohio/SE Michigan), with flexible scheduling options—available after school, evenings, or Sundays.

How to Begin Your Coaching Journey: Here’s how to get started. It’s simple and designed to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.

  • Free Consultation
    A complimentary 45-minute call to hear your story: where your student is now, what you want to see happen, and whether my coaching approach is a good fit.

  • Discovery Call & Intake Assessment
    Once you decide to move forward, we’ll complete an intake form and assessment to map out your strengths, obstacles, and goals. That way, your coaching plan is tailored to your needs.

  • Package Selection & Agreement
    You’ll choose the package that best fits your needs (Starter, Growth, Transformation, or Parent Add-On). We’ll agree on schedule, expectations, and communication norms.

  • Coaching Begins
    Regular sessions begin. Between sessions, you’ll get support (including resource guides and text/email check-ins), and we track your progress toward the goals we set.
