REP YOUR DREAM ACADEMY

ARE YOU READY TO SEE EMPOWERED GROWTH IN YOUR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS?

Coach Jason offers an exclusive high-touch enrichment program that prepares seniors for life after high school and inspires them to pursue their path to success.

REP Your DREAM Academy delivers in an educational, energetic, and engaging way that includes role-playing, problem-solving, and mental challenges. In addition to seeing seniors grow mentally, emotionally, and socially, RYD Academy also focuses on leadership and character development.

RYD Academy starts with a 2-Day Success Boot Camp for your senior class. Following the Success Boot Camp, RYD Academy offers a 12-week mentorship program for the senior class. As a part of the mentorship program, the senior class will receive weekly personalized messages on the senior class mailing list, a monthly conference call, a motivational video and visit from Coach Jason, and exposure to networking opportunities and educational and career resources.

At the end of the mentorship program, the senior class will work with Coach Jason on the REP Your DREAM Senior Project. The RYD Senior Project is a video they will create to commemorate the senior class.

REP YOUR DREAM SCHOOL PROGRAM: REP Your Dream School Program is a 60-minute assembly available to 9th-12th grade students. During this high-impact assembly, students will receive a motivational and inspirational message from Coach Jason and be empowered to chase their dreams. SCHOOL OF FRESHMAN INSPIRATION

School of Freshman Inspiration is an enrichment program focusing on successfully helping first-year students transition into high school. SOFI Programs prepare first-year students to excel in their new environment by equipping them with academic tips, social knowledge, leadership skills, and tools to develop character.

• SOFI Orientation: During the SOFI Orientation, Coach Jason encourages, energizes, and empowers incoming first-year high school students with an uplifting message. If you want to see your 9th graders thrive in a new environment, Coach Jason has the playbook to help them enter their first high school year, ready to win. The SOFI Orientation also includes a freshman parent workshop.   
• SOFI Boot Camp: This highly engaging and empowering 3-day boot camp includes team-building activities, social challenges, giveaways, and a life-changing message from Coach Jason. Your 9th graders will leave the SOFI Bootcamp ready to learn, lead, and take flight during their first year of high school.
• SOFI Mentorship Program: This 8-session program features the SEL curriculum designed to encourage, equip, and empower first-year students for success in high school. The mentorship program includes eight in-school presentations, two motivational videos, and a follow-up school visit from Coach Jason. In addition to motivating, inspiring, and educating first-year students, Coach Jason uses the curriculum to encourage discussion and create a safe environment for challenging issues and questions.

HELPING YOUTH PREPARE EACH DAY FOR SUCCESS

HYPED For Success is a Life Skills Program dedicated to helping middle school students believe, achieve, and grow by providing the tools to become better listeners, learners, and leaders. HFS seeks to engage, educate, equip, and empower middle school students to positively impact their peers, passionately pursue their dreams, and reach their potential.

The program’s evidence-based lesson plans cover topics that prepare youth to flourish in school and become thriving young adults. HFS is a program of Inspire 2 Reach Higher LLC.

HYPED For Success Programs:

• HYPED for Success Middle School Assembly: The Middle School Assembly will include an introductory HYPE video and a 60-minute keynote presentation that will inspire students to succeed in school and beyond by helping them remove barriers and reach their potential. Students can also participate in activities, giveaway contests, and a Q&A session with the guest speaker.
• HYPED for Success Bronze Program: The Bronze Program includes a Student HYPE Video, a Kickoff Assembly, 8 Sessions, a Wrap-Up Presentation, and Student Certificates.
• HYPED for Success Silver Program: The Silver Program includes two Student HYPE Videos, a Kickoff Assembly, 12 Sessions, a Wrap-Up Presentation, HYPED For Success Impact Day, and Student Certificates.
• HYPED for Success Gold Program: The Gold Program includes three Student HYPE Videos, a Kickoff Assembly, 16 Sessions, a Wrap-Up Presentation, HYPED For Success Impact Day, and Student Certificates.
