Coaching Responsibilities:

Assist with marketing the coaching program and recruiting clients
Coach and maintain a client load based on the contract agreement
Manage coaching calendar with flexibility
Utilize tools and worksheets for practical coaching sessions
Become certified and continue to learn and grow through training
Coach using Zoom platform
Attend coach’s meetings ready to learn and contribute
Maintain efficient client notes from your coaching sessions

Qualifications:

Must pass a background check
Proven experience working with youth
Ability to work remotely and provide a quiet and professional space for sessions
Master all necessary technology
Confidently coach on various topics and work with clients from different backgrounds
Ability to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
Support and represent Inspire 2 Reach Higher’s code of ethics and cultural manifesto
Complete training and pass the certification examination

The Salary/Hourly Base Rate for this contracted position begins at $50.00 per hour. Please note that rate can be negotiable (depending on experience).
